No4 MkI* 1942 Savage – Nick Rozdziestwienski Collection

 

Here is a minty Savage made No4 MkI* from 1942 that seems to have been misplaced during the war. According to Nick he picked it up of an old fellow that claims to have gotten it out of grease paper, used it but took very careful care of it. It has an immaculate 2 groove bore, zero handling marks on the furniture, very little parkerizing wear on the bolt knob and a steel butt plate that has never touched the ground.
